Royal Swinkels offers an extensive portfolio of beverages. Our range of over 300 drinks includes lager beers, specialty beers, craft sodas, low-alcohol and alcohol-free drinks.

    Holland Malt 32 - 40 hours per week Lieshout, Noord-Brabant, Nederland

    Wil jij als financial écht impact maken in een internationale productieomgeving? Bij Holland Malt (onderdeel van Royal Swinkels) krijg je als Business Controller een sleutelrol in onze ambitieuze groeistrategie. Met een omzet van ruim €200 miljoen, twee productielocaties (Lieshout & Eemshaven), en klanten in meer dan 50 landen, sta je midden in de business én in de transformatie naar SAP S/4HANA.

    Wat ga je doen?

    • Als Business Controller ben je de financiële sparringpartner van de Head of Finance en werk je nauw samen met diverse interne en externe stakeholders. Je rol is breed en uitdagend:

    • Je werkt mee aan de financiële vertaling en modellering van strategische en operationele projecten, zoals onze groei ambities en de energiestrategie.

    • Vanuit jouw ervaring ben je in staat tot het ontwikkelen, uitwerken en implementeren of aanpassen van processen en rapportages als voorbereiding op en ondersteuning tijdens de aanstaande SAP S/4 Hana implementatie bij de Holland Malt divisie.

    • Je stelt budgetten, forecasts en liquiditeitsprognoses op, bewaakt deze ook en daagt de business uit waar nodig. Daarnaast ben je nauw betrokken bij het opstellen van de concern rapportages en de rapportage voor de RvC van Holland Malt.

    • In je rol als Business Controller voer je diepgaande (data)analyses uit en vertaalt deze naar heldere adviezen.

    • Je begeleidt audits (extern, intern, banken) en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering.

    Dit ben jij

    • Je hebt een afgeronde hbo/wo opleiding (bedrijfseconomie of accountancy), aangevuld met een aantal jaar werkervaring in business control (bij voorkeur in een industriële productieomgeving of commodity verwerkende organisatie.)).

    • Als je al in het bezit bent van een RC titel dan is dat zeker een pré. Het behalen van deze titel behoord tot de mogelijkheden.

    • Je staat stevig in je schoenen, bent stressbestendig, kan prioriteiten stellen en overzicht behouden.

    • Daarnaast ben je communicatief sterk en durf je het gesprek aan te gaan met interne- en externe stakeholders.

    • Je kijkt verder dan de cijfers en door intrinsieke motivatie begrijp je de business als geen ander.
