As a Shunter, you are the key figure at our depot. You are responsible for the smooth and efficient movement of trailers, ensuring our logistics run flawlessly.

As a Shunter, flexibility is key. You possess a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to act quickly and accurately. You are the most important link in our logistical process, ensuring that all vehicles are moved safely and efficiently.

As a Shunter at DPD, you and your colleagues are responsible for correctly positioning all units at our site in Oirschot. Using the shunting vehicle, you ensure each unit is placed at the correct docking station. Additionally, you are responsible for accurate administrative processing and the cleaning and maintenance of the vehicle.

At DPD, our shunters work in two shifts from Sunday to Friday, which includes attractive shift differentials. You will communicate with team leaders via radio. Since all communication is conducted in English, proficiency in the English language is essential.

You will work in a shift system with the following hours:

Day shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (13:00 - 21:30)

Night shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM (21:30 - 06:00)
