Restaurant Landhuishotel De Bloemenbeek is looking for a driven and ambitious Maître who wants to fulfill a key role within our gastronomic organization. In this position, you will be jointly responsible for promoting our vision of hospitality, service, and quality, in line with the level our guests expect from us. You will work within a professional and committed team in which craftsmanship, attention, and refinement are central. There is room for your own input, development and further deepening of high-level service and guest experience.

What we are looking for:

As maître at De Bloemenbeek, you are the face of our restaurant and the hospitable driving force behind our gastronomic experience. You will manage the F&B team, monitor our high standards and, together with our Chef de Cuisine Vincent Goris and SVH Master Chef Michel van Riswijk, elevate the overall experience to the highest level. You will be a strategic sparring partner for the management and MT and will work closely with the kitchen brigade to create refined culinary and wine experiences.

This is your profile:

An experienced and ambitious maître d' with a passion for gastronomy and hospitality

• Strong leadership qualities and attention to detail

• Good basic knowledge of wine and a feel for wine and food pairings

• Commercial flair and the ability to inspire guests and team alike

• Experience at a high gastronomic level (Michelin/high Gault&Millau)

Breakfast & Lunch Service Assistant

What we are looking for

With your spontaneous and open personality, you welcome our guests with a smile. You are a caring person and enjoy pampering our guests with a delicious breakfast and a cup of coffee. You also help the service team prepare lunch buffets for business guests and coffee tables. You are also presentable and know how to get things done. You ensure that our guests have everything they need. As an early bird, your working day starts on time and you have the afternoon off. Wonderful, isn't it? Even if you have (young) children, for example, this job is perfect to combine with family life!
