As a Finishing Department Operator, you take full ownership of the machining process. You independently operate multiple conventional, NC and/or CNC machines, keep a close eye on quality, and make sure deviations are corrected and logged according to our procedures and systems. You measure machined parts with precision measuring equipment and actively support continuous improvements to move us closer to World Class Manufacturing. When needed, you’re flexible and ready to help out in other departments.

You keep production on track by combining precision, safety and a continuous-improvement mindset:

• Operate a range of conventional, NC and CNC machines independently;
• Machine wear parts accurately based on technical drawings;
• Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure consistent quality;
• Maintain a safe, clean workstation in line with 5S and our safety standards;
• Follow ANDRITZ procedures and apply Lean principles to work smarter and improve efficiency every day.

• A gross monthly salary between €3,100 and €3,700 (excluding shift allowance);
• Shift allowance in a 3-shift system (05:30–14:00 / 14:00–22:30 / 22:30–05:30). Our night shift is relatively short;
• ADV compensation plus 200 vacation hours (based on a 40-hour work week);
• Training and courses, also available for non-Dutch speakers;
• A one-year contract with a one-month probation period.
