As a CNC Operator, you'll play a crucial role in creating, adjusting, and optimizing CNC programs for our modern 3- and 5-axis milling machines. You will work closely with engineers, quality teams, and machine operators to ensure efficient and accurate production of high-precision components.

A typical workday involves setting up and operating CNC milling machines, reading technical drawings, and interpreting tolerances. You will determine machining strategies and ensure product quality throughout the machining process. Additionally, you will troubleshoot programming and machining issues and collaborate with the engineering team for process optimization.

• MBO or HBO working and thinking level in a technical field
• At least 5 years of experience as a CNC miller in metal or plastic machining
• 3 to 5 years of experience with offline programming of 3- and 5-axis machines
• Experience with "OneCNC" is a strong plus
• Proficient in English speaking skills
