As a CNC lathe operator, you will contribute to the production of high-quality machine components within a small and dedicated team. Your role involves working with precision, utilizing your CNC turning expertise, and ensuring the quality of each part produced. This position offers opportunities for personal growth, including learning Siemens CNC control systems and expanding your technical skills.

What You Will Do:

• Executing: performing machining operations based on technical drawings with precision and accuracy.
• Programming: creating or modifying CNC programs independently within the machine's control system.
• Inspecting: conducting interim measurements and final checks to maintain high-quality standards.
• Identifying: recognizing deviations and taking appropriate actions to address them effectively.
• Developing: learning new techniques, such as Siemens CNC control, and contributing to your professional growth within the company.

• Gross monthly salary €3,900 – €4,700 (based on 40 hours)

Functie-eisen

You strive for excellence and recognize yourself in the following:

• Experience as a CNC Lathe Operator
• You are fulltime available (or at least 32 hours a week)
• Familiar with CNC programming and motivated to master Siemens controls
• Able to read technical drawings accurately
• You have your own accommodation and transport and live in the area of Boxmeer
• Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and flexible
• You have a very good command of the English language (Dutch is a plus)
