We are seeking an experienced Data Specialist with a strong background in Marine Engineering or GME, ideally with sailing experience on dredging vessels. This role involves managing, analyzing, and ensuring the integrity of technical and operational data for our fleet. Proficiency with Maximo is a plus and will be beneficial for effective asset management and maintenance planning. Knowledge of Functional Hierarchy and Setup Planned Maintenance System (PMS) is highly desirable.

As an L&D Support, you will play a key role in ensuring that our training organization continues to run smoothly within our growing company. You'll join a dynamic team of six colleagues based at our Zwijndrecht headquarters, coordinating various training planning activities for our national, international, and maritime employees.

As a Legal Administrative Coordinator you will support and contribute to the swift operations of the company's Legal Department. You will work at the head office of the company in Zwijndrecht, where you will join a highly qualified and motivated team of legal and insurance counsels, engaged in providing legal expertise to the company. This role requires good organization and communication skills in a fast-paced and high energy environment.

As a Logistics Coordinator you will liaise with the various DEME Activity Lines (mainly offshore) and be tasked to work out complete supply chain solutions for tender- and project-purposes. The supply chain scopes will mostly be characterized by being complex and/or of high-value (e.g. transport of Foundations, setting up a marshalling harbour, etc.), and which are deemed a critical part of DEME's construction projects!
