Are you ready to step into a high-impact buying position during the most critical retail season of the year? We are looking for a temporary Buyer ) for a big player in the e-commerce branche. The self-employed professional will be responsible for managing the drinks category. Core responsibilities include the administrative processing and safeguarding of annual supplier agreements, ensuring that all deal terms are properly executed. The professional will also translate the promotional calendar into operational plans, overseeing stock levels and profitability management.
In addition, the role involves close collaboration with suppliers and a continuous focus on optimizing supplier relationships and business results throughout the assignment period.

- Advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
- Preparing and executing strategic contract negotiations;
- Inventory stock and Pricing are your second nature;
- Ensuring procurement processes with a focus on strategic and commercial results.
Functie-eisen
The ideal candidate has:
- Strong negotiation skills combined with strategic insight and commercial acumen;
- Demonstrable experience in companies with a Food component (retailers or logistics service providers), or on the other side of the negotiation table (sales/account management);
- Thorough knowledge of commercial, financial, and legal aspects of procurement;
- Strong networking skills and advisory capabilities; easily interacts at various levels within the organization;
- Inventory stock experience;

Aanbod
- Temporary assignment from 01/12/2025 till 30/04/2026 via Independent Recruiters;
- Salary based on skills and experience;
- Hybrid working: two fixed office days (Tuesday and Thursday), the rest can be remote.
