Traineeship at Regulatory Consultancy

We offer a traineeship for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise in the field of regulatory affairs.

This program provides hands-on experience in a highly dynamic consultancy environment, where you will learn and execute high-level tasks on real regulatory projects under the supervision of experienced professionals.

During your traineeship you will

• Gain insight into the regulatory consultancy environment, working on meaningful and challenging assignments.

• Interact with experienced professionals across a range of regulatory disciplines.

• Be trained by experts on specific regulatory topics and areas.

• Participate in in-house company trainings and presentations, developing both your technical and professional skills.

• Work on regulatory strategy assignments, learning to identify relevant data sources and interpret information accurately.

• Develop your scientific writing skills through a regulatory project aiming to submit a manuscript to a scientific journal.

Desired Profile

• An obtained degree (MSc or PhD) in pharmacy, life sciences (such as biomedical sciences), or related disciplines.

• Highly motivated to learn and develop skills in regulatory strategy, scientific evaluation, and scientific writing.

• Curious and proactive mindset, eager to explore complex regulatory frameworks.

• Experience in (pre)clinical studies or pharmaceutical development, pharma industry, scientific publications, and/or as a scientific peer-review/editor is an advantage.

• Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks independently while meeting a strict deadline.

• Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Office.

• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

• Available on-site (at our Oss office) AT LEAST three days per week .

• Have your own personal laptop.

Duration and Structure

The traineeship typically lasts 3 months, depending on project availability and the trainee's background.
