Medior Lawyer Corporate Law - Wessel

At Wessel, we are looking for a lawyer (or attorney) in corporate law who is energized by Book 2, likes to think with entrepreneurs and enjoys having drinks on Thursdays and is not afraid of the office dog Moes (aka Floortje).

Your role

As a corporate law attorney, you work on issues that make a real impact. Entrepreneurs and directors count on your expertise in corporate and contract law, restructuring and important negotiations. When necessary, you will litigate vigorously and strategically, with the client's interests always firmly on the horizon.

Not only legal precision counts, but vision as well. Formulating clear advice, communicating quickly and effectively, thinking creatively and acting solution-focused are keywords in your daily work. You actively follow developments within corporate law and share knowledge via blogs, articles or podcasts as a natural professionalization.

Within Wessel, the focus is on growth, responsibility and entrepreneurship. There is room to show initiative, to deepen expertise and to visibly contribute to the development of the office and practice. Quality, accessibility and pragmatism are the common threads.

What you bring

• A university degree in Dutch law (Master's degree)

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience

• You previously wrote a shareholder agreement

• You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English

• You can manage files independently

What you get

• €3,200 - €4,300 gross p/m (full-time), depending on experience

• A work week between 16 and 40 hours
