Your background

• Completed an university degree in Dutch law
• You are an expert in the field of privacy and protection of personal data, particularly the GDPR and other privacy legislations
• Having knowledge and experience in general civil law and corporate legal practive
• Demonstrable experience in the field of privacy law and ability to operate at the intersection of public and private law
• Strong communication skills; you are able to clearly articulate matters and eager to for solutions
• You are proactive, analytical, and able to collaborate in multidisciplinary projects
• An enthusiastic personality with a sense of responsibility, flexibility, and integrity

• A true team player with a positively critical attitude
• You have an affinity for contract law and are aware of societal, political, and economic developments
• Result-oriented, pursue excellent servrice, and balance opposing interests
• You handle conflicts with respect for good relationships
• You have a broad interest and passionately advise on various legal areas
• You are initiative-taking and effective at building networks
• Strong verbal and written skills in both Dutch and English are a must
