Data Intelligence Traineeship at Clever Republic

Clever Republic is looking for young professionals who are passionate about bringing the fields of Business, Data, and IT together. As a Data Intelligence trainee, you will collaborate with industry experts across these domains, to drive business value for our clients by helping them to find, understand, and trust their data.

Ever wondered how good quality data can streamline business operations and drive growth? Do you want to learn how to design and implement Data Governance frameworks that progressive organisations rely on? Interested in how organisations navigate and comply with evolving data regulations and standards?

Depending on your interests and whether you wish to generalise or specialise, the Data Intelligence traineeship can be quite diverse. From diving into the latest data regulations, to developing technical solutions for business users, or driving business adoption by hosting training sessions and implementing use cases, the world of Data Intelligence offers a broad array of opportunities. By balancing between the technical and business aspects of (managing) data, you will work in a dynamic and diverse environment.

Our Traineeship

At Clever Republic, we prioritise continuous personal and professional growth of all our employees. To further develop your hard skills and soft skills, you will have access to your personal educational budget that allows you to follow self-picked, as well as a set of pre-selected courses.

While being guided by our skilled consultants internally and renowned external institutions such as De Baak, you will kick-start your professional development path with a variety of learnings. You will have the flexibility to customise your learning experience by selecting from a range of courses, and while some of them are mandatory, many will align with your personal preferences and career aspirations.

During the traineeship, you can choose to specialise in one of three tracks:

• Business-focused
• IT-focused (technical)
• Legal-focused

Who we are looking for:

• A completed master's degree in: Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, Econometrics, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience, ideally as a business analyst or consultant
• Sociable, strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Dutch (native or C2 level) and English, both written and verbal
• A genuine passion for data
