Will you be our new Director QA?

In this senior position you report directly to the Managing Director and lead three QA managers, with overall responsibility for a team of approximately 70 professionals. As part of the Management Team, you help shape the strategic direction of the company.

Your impact

In this senior role of Director Quality Assurance, you lead the development and safeguarding of quality systems across all departments. You go beyond execution within QA, you ensure that quality is embedded into the entire organisation.

In this role, you will:

• Translate pharmaceutical legislation into practical,scalable processes.

• Drive strategic initiatives and improvement programmes based on deep process knowledge .

• Coach teams to adopt a quality mindset and embrace change.

• Act as the key point of contact for authorities and certification bodies not just during inspections, but as a consistent and credible external representative.

You're a strategic leader who translates complex regulations into clear, practical processes and inspires others to adopt a true quality mindset. With your vision and leadership, you create a culture where quality isn't a checklist - it's a shared responsibility.

You bring a strong combination of strategic vision, operational awareness and deep process knowledge. With a proven track record in regulated environments, you know how to lead complex change and build a culture of shared quality ownership.

You have:

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry

• 5 years senior MT-level position with proven responsibility for leading and managing a department with 30+ employees.

• Proven experience in managing and improving complex processes

• Demonstrated success in leading organization-wide change (change management)

• A strategic mindset with a hands-on mentality when needed

• Strong coaching abilities focused on both quality awareness and organizational development

• The ability to act as a credible, skilled discussion partner for demanding customers and regulatory authorities from all over the world

You are known for your ability to:

• Proactively identify and mitigate quality and process risks

• Combine strategic insight with operational execution

• Demonstrate leadership that fosters ownership and accountability

• Prioritize process assurance and integrity over short-term fixes

• Assure compliance is a shared, daily responsibility - not just a checklist
