With around 50 specialists in our workshop and office, we tackle every project with enthusiasm. We mix traditional craftsmanship with the latest technology. Whether it's a retail project in the Netherlands or abroad, we're here to bring creative ideas to life. We love a challenge and we always go the extra mile to create something truly unique.

Over the years, we've worked with an incredible range of brands and clients. From Van Stapele Koekmakerij to Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, , Cartier, adidas, Nike and plenty of creative agencies. About the role

As a Technical Draftsperson at The Set Company, you're at the heart of what we do. Working alongside our talented drawing team, you'll turn client designs into accurate, build-ready plans. You're not just following instructions, you're a partner in the process. Offering ideas and spotting improvements.

You know your materials, you understand how things are built and you can translate concepts into precise technical drawings our builders can run with. You'll be working with Vectorworks every day. So being confident with the software is a must. A passion for retail projects?

You'll collaborate closely with multiple teams, communicate clearly and help deliver work we're all proud of. We're growing fast, and we're looking for someone who's excited to grow with us.

• Able to handle pressure and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Big on responsibility and quality.

Your skills & experience

• Technical qualification or degree.
• 3+ years in a similar role.
• Strong Vectorworks skills.
• Passion for Retail.
• 32-40 hours per week availability.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
