Project Engineer

You're at the helm of groundbreaking maritime projects,

steering a team of engineers that counts on your direction.

Saltwater is a rapidly growing maritime engineering company looking for an experienced Project Engineer who knows how to take the lead and stay on course, even when the waters get rough. In this role, you'll guide a team of specialists and ensure that every project is completed successfully, efficiently and with confidence.

Your impact in this role:

• Managing a team of engineers and specialists
• Ensuring a project is finished within the budget and planning
• Communicating with the lead engineer when additional work outside the scope is requested
• Being the point of contact with the client

With this skillset, you're good to go:

• An "MBO", AD, BSc. or Msc. degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical-, Civil Engineering or comparable
• At least 2 years of experience in the maritime industry
• Basic knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD/BricsCAD
• Strong communication and social skills
• A positive attitude and team spirit
