DEME is searching for a motivated senior Design Manager to reinforce the team overseeing offshore wind export and inter-array cable design. If you are an experienced professional with engineering expertise in the offshore wind cable domain, or relevant industry, this is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced team of professionals specialized in the successful delivery of design-build (EPCI) cable and balance of plant (BoP) projects. As a design manager, you will lead the design phase of our offshore wind cable projects and tenders. Together, we work on DEME's vision of creating a sustainable future.

Involved in all dredging and offshore projects worldwide, the survey department is responsible for the organisation of all hydrographic and topographic measurements in all phases of the works. We are looking for a Party Chief who will be responsible for all survey activities on board. Are you able to lead the team of surveyors?

As an Equipment Engineer, you assist internal departments at DEME Offshore with engineering support for project execution, new equipment development and improvements on existing equipment. You will collaborate with other engineers as well as tender, project and operational teams and prepare functional equipment designs and vessel deck layouts of equipment. Moreover, you will interface with the detailed design teams for mission specific equipment on board our vessels;

This position is based at our DEME Offshore Office in Breda, The Netherlands, and you can make use of our other DEME offices and working from home regimes.

As a Project QHSE-, you'll be part of the site team on one of our offshore projects around the world. You'll be responsible for maintaining and monitoring QHSE-S practices, inspecting activities and equipment, and ensuring procedures are properly implemented. You'll help foster a strong safety culture and support operational excellence.
