With six locations in Amsterdam and one in Rotterdam, we have been warmly welcoming guests since 2014 who enjoy delicious grilled steaks, flavorful (veggie) burgers, juicy ribs, and creative cocktails, or just a good beer.

About the job

At Cannibale Royale, you are the chef who prepares our signature dishes, always striving for top quality. You are the driving force behind the hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring that everything looks impeccable. As the leader of the kitchen team, you ensure smooth operations and, with your knowledge of allergies and dietary preferences, you effortlessly navigate through special requests. Reporting to our business manager and managing inventories are also part of your duties, always focusing on efficient use of ingredients. As the cherry on top, you are the one who directs the MeP and guides and coaches the kitchen team while always taking the lead!

This is who you are

• Your DNA consists of quality, expertise, and innovation.
• You have at least two years of experience as a chef.
• Stress? You laugh at it because your hands-on mentality is unbeatable.
• You know the HACCP guidelines like the back of your hand and have a Social Hygiene diploma.
• You live in Amsterdam or conveniently nearby.
• And languages? You speak Dutch as easily as English.
