What you will be doing:

• Preparation of systems for clearance legal changes

• Testing all updates with local clearance software (minimum one update per month)

• Finding new simplification in processes in local clearance system / FedEx systems

• Evaluating of a bottleneck in the customs process

• Advising our customers

• Ensuring internal audits and AEO audits

• Reviewing of existing processes or documentation to ensure appropriate standards and rules are applied

• Developing and delivering the training for internal users

• Advising on impact of initiatives on compliance or legislative requirements

What do you bring with you:

• Good team working skills with experience of contributing to team performance in a busy office environment

• Be energetic and enthusiastic

• Experience or working knowledge of key clearance related principles, Import/Export processes and regulatory requirements, CHIEF entries and commercial flights processing is desired

• Customer focused with excellent communication skills

• Attention to detail and the ability to make sound numerical decisions within tight time deadlines

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good Microsoft Office and PC skills
