Then you might be the Customer Service Employee we're looking for.
In this role, you support the international Internal Sales Team Swash. You'll make sure our customers get the right information, the right products, and a great experience-every time.
- You'll support our international Internal Sales Teams (Germany, the Netherlands, Export), making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so the frontlines shine. You're a trusted go-to with expert knowledge, always ready to step in and support whenever your help is needed within the team.
• You'll take charge of the complete order process-from the very first quote to the final invoice-ensuring every step is accurate, timely, and customer-friendly.
• You'll log inquiries and handle complaints with care and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for great service.
• You'll keep our customer data up to date and tidy, so we always know who we're working with-and how to help them best.
• You'll assist with tenders and help prepare reports for specific customer groups.
• You'll contribute to marketing campaigns and customer promotions, helping us stay visible and relevant in the market.
• You'll manage administrative tasks like contract documentation with precision and consistency.
• You'll be a reliable support for our Account Managers and Product Specialists, helping them serve our customers even better.

- Your Dutch and German is fluent-both spoken and written-so you can connect confidently with our Dutch and German-speaking customers.
- You can communicate well in English, which keeps collaboration with our international team seamless.
- You bring a completed vocational education (MBO level) and a few years of experience in a similar role-you know what great customer service looks like.
- You truly enjoy working with people: you're approachable, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile.
- You're a quick thinker who stays calm under pressure and adapts easily to change.
- You have a sharp eye for detail and like working in a structured, organized way-because little things make a big difference.
- You're proactive, hands-on, and take real ownership of your work.
- You're available 4 - ideally 5 - days a week, and you appreciate the mix of office and home working.

As a Logistics Employee, you and six colleagues are responsible for the entire logistics process-from goods receipt to shipment. You ensure incoming goods are correct, orders are processed with care, inventory stays at the right levels, and everything runs cleanly and safely. You'll work closely with other departments and contribute ideas for smarter and more efficient processes.
You like everything to add up-whether it's quantities, paperwork, or timelines. You enjoy being active, but you're also accurate in administration.
Your tasks at a glance:
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods.
- Processing, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
- Managing inventory and supplying production lines.
- Maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety in the warehouse.
- Handling administrative tasks, including transport and customs documentation.
- Transporting goods between warehouses and internal departments.
- Communicating with logistics service providers at home and abroad.
- Identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.
You are structured, take initiative, and stay in control-even when things get busy. You're physically fit, practical, and love it when everything is organized and efficient. You feel at home in a work environment where teamwork and improvement are central.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has MBO-level working and thinking skills; a degree in logistics is a plus.
- Has experience and affinity with logistics, inventory management, and administrative processes.
- Is available full-time and open to working in a rotating 3-shift schedule (over 6 weeks: 4x day shift, 1x early shift, 1x late shift).
- Has experience working with ERP systems .
- A forklift and/or reach truck certificate is a plus.
- Has good command of Dutch and English; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Has a proactive and hands-on attitude .
