Would you like to join a beautiful growing company in the Eindhoven Weert region as a Field Service Engineer, where you may work with the latest developments in optical sorting. OptiServe has an advanced sorting solution with its Products. To maintain this lead we are looking for a driven Service and Field Engineer who can ensure that our customers enjoy using our sorting machines.

Vereiste kennis, vaardigheden en bekwaamheden

Your tasks

• Assembly, installation, testing of optical sorting systems at Maarheeze
• Commissioning of Optical Sorting Systems on location at home and abroad
• Maintenance of optical sorting systems, vision control systems for production processes, transport systems and other mechanical applications at external locations
• Independent in carrying out tasks and taking responsibility
• Advising and training client staff
• Tuning of Vision systems
• Making connections between various components of the system (fieldbuses, inputs and outputs, actuators, etc.)
• Localising, analysing and resolving faults under production conditions
• Remote monitoring of machines
• Documenting test reports, implemented changes, programmes and schedules
• Willingness to work outside the home for approximately 30 to 50%. This can be several consecutive days also within Europe. No 9 to 5 mentality.

What we expect from you

• MBO 3/4, or HBO in the direction of electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial automation or control engineering
• Languages English , German (pre)
• Machine safety
• SCC Basic
• Experience with various control techniques and/or Vision technique is recommended
