Y ou will provide administrative support to the international payroll team, which manages payroll A-Z for staff and crew outside the EU (under the DOSZ system) and for all payroll countries (excluding Belgian EU and merchant shipping). Your tasks include:

Preparing and discussing employment contracts.

Processing cost claims.
-
Managing DOSZ registrations and arranging insurance coverage.

Handling onboarding and offboarding documentation.
-
Supporting the administration of shadow payrolls (e.g. collecting passports, assignment letters, net salaries, and preparing local tax declarations).

Maintaining accurate personal data in the HR system.

Following up on insurance arrangements and claims.

Helping to structure and streamline administrative processes.

Strong motivation to learn and ability to work in a high pressure environment.

Experience in payroll is a plus.

Structured and precise working style with a good overview of complex processes.

Analytical mindset and problem solving skills.

Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).

Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Team player with a proactive and customer-focused attitude.

As central point of contact you will establish strong relationships with (potential) clients during the whole process. You will lead and manage a tender team through application of our tender and acquisition processes; you will motivate and empower your tender team members from the various DEME Offshore specialists support departments, such as Engineering, Legal, Insurance, Finance, Project Controls. Through facilitating excellent team communication and efficiency, you will support ownership and maximize innovation, targeting a high-quality tender submission and contract. Finally, you and the tender sponsor will take the lead in tender clarifications and negotiations with clients after the submission of the tenders.

In an operational environment with an involvement in complex contract structures, with high expectations from clients and with increasing regulatory restrictions from authorities, DEME is looking for a Contract Manager to strengthen its Contract Management Division.
As a Contract Manager, you will provide support on a project-related basis and from a contractual-technical perspective, in executing the contracts DEME has entered into with clients or main contractors and the subcontracts and supply agreements thereunder.
As Project Procurement Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, connecting tender teams, project engineers and local purchasers to make sure our projects run smoothly from the very start. You enjoy a dynamic role where no two days look the same: from supporting tenders and securing key project materials, to occasionally visiting project sites and vessels to work hands-on with local teams.
The Project Procurement Coordinator is responsible for maximizing procurement coverage of project spend from tender to execution by identifying key cost components and ensuring early involvement of procurement in sourcing activities. The role includes managing procurement activities for smaller projects remotely from headquarters, as well as handling medium-value spot purchases and strategic sourcing outside the group procurement scope.
In addition, the position leverages existing framework agreements, explores new contractual opportunities, and collaborates closely with central procurement to establish sound project-specific contracts. The PPC implements the Group Purchase & Logistics Operating Model by developing the Project Procurement Plan & List and providing tools and dashboards to enable end-to-end supply chain and logistics management.

As a Logistics Coordinator you will liaise with the various DEME Activity Lines (mainly offshore) and be tasked to work out complete supply chain solutions for tender- and project-purposes. The supply chain scopes will mostly be characterized by being complex and/or of high-value (e.g. transport of Foundations, setting up a marshalling harbour, etc.), and which are deemed a critical part of DEME's construction projects!
