Your job in a nutshell

At KUBO we are looking for an enthusiastic and curious intern for our Innovations department. Do you want to contribute to innovative solutions for the greenhouse horticulture of the future? During your internship you will be fully involved in our Innovations department. You will work on various innovation projects and help translate trends and developments from the market into strategic plans.

What are you going to work on ?

You will have the opportunity to really contribute to ongoing projects and independently tackle parts that we ourselves do not get around to due to busyness. Think of developing ideas, participating in brainstorming sessions, supporting research and writing internal proposals. You will work in a multidisciplinary team in which sustainability, technology and vision for the future are central.

• Get started with real innovation projects within greenhouse horticulture;
• Bring fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions and work sessions;
• Help translate market trends into innovative solutions;
• Develop yourself within a team that breathes sustainability and technology;
• Get plenty of room to tackle your own initiatives and research questions.

What do you Bring?

You are curious, analytical and like to think ahead. You dare to ask questions, take initiative and enjoy helping to build the greenhouse horticulture of the future.

• You are following a higher professional or university education, for example in the direction of horticulture, innovation management, technology, data or business;
• You preferably have an affinity with innovation and sustainable technologies;
• You like to work together in a team where innovation and sustainability are central;
• You know how to identify trends and convert them into fresh ideas.
