As an Integrations Developer, you’ll help build and maintain smart, scalable integrations with systems like:

• job boards
• social media platforms
• CRM systems
• Applicant Tracking Systems

You’ll work closely with experienced medior and senior developers, and you will:

• take full ownership of your projects (from technical design to implementation)
• manage communication with external partners
• align on integration specs
• help shape the technical backbone of our platform

As you grow in the role:

• you’ll contribute to process and product improvements
• you’ll make independent technical decisions that have real impact

 📍Location: Groningen (with the possibility to work partially from home over time). Applicants who want to work fully remote will not qualify for the role.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (field of study is less important — we care more about your mindset and ability to work independently).
• Min 3 years of hands-on experience with PHP and MySQL in a professional setting. Experience from personal or academic projects also counts. This is a hard requirement - applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
• Min 1 year of professional experience with coding in the  Symfony framework in a professional setting. Experience in domain-driven development is a strong preference.
• Solid experience in working with REST and SOAP API’s, oAuth authentication flows and preferably GraphQL.  
• Solid back-end development skills and an interest in working on technical integrations. Some front-end experience is a plus, but not required.
• A passion for growth — you’re motivated to keep developing your skills and to learn from a team of experienced developers.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable communicating in both Dutch and English, especially with external partners.
