Koedood Academy

The Koedood Academy is our internal training program, aimed at training and educating colleagues and clients. This ensures that we have up-to-date knowledge and skills to continue to provide high-quality service and innovative solutions!

Since Q4 2024, we have been offering this service to both colleagues and clients.

We believe in motivating and inspiring our employees to keep their knowledge and skills up to date and to learn from each other.

Lifelong learning

We encourage our employees to enrich their knowledge and skill set, whether that means advancing to a managerial role as a foreman or coordinator, or specializing in a particular field. We encourage them to think about their career path and the skills required for it. Being open to new developments and activities is essential in this regard.

How do we do that?

We invest time and budget in the development of our employees. Through personal guidance and broad development opportunities, we offer room to grow within their own position or in another department within Koedood.

For employees and clients

Not only do our employees get the chance to develop, but our clients do too. For customers who buy products where some of the maintenance can be done by themselves, we offer courses. This way, crew members can work efficiently and safely with our products.

Accredited Training Company

In addition to our own Koedood Academy, we are also an Accredited Training Company. Students can come to us for (taster) internships, BOL and BBL programs. This way, we build the future together.
