Service Planner

Koedood is a household name in the maritime industry. The company supplies marine engines and parts to both inland shipping and maritime shipping. In addition, the company has a large service department for engine maintenance and overhaul. Working at Koedood means working within a committed company that puts customer service first. We work with 60 passionate colleagues spread across various departments/locations in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht. We would like to see our service department supported by a Work Planner.

Job description

As a Work Planner, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation and supervision of our service projects. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly, from communicating with suppliers and preparing tools to booking travel for our engineers. You will ensure that quality is guaranteed and costs remain within budget.

• Detailed preparation and development of service projects.
• Communication with suppliers, port terminals, and other parties.
• Booking flights and hotels for engineers.
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
• Collecting and checking project documentation.
• Consulting with Service Coordinators about progress.

About you

• You are customer-oriented and know how to get things done.
• MBO working and thinking level.
• Technical background (must have) .
• Experience with MS Office and knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
