A day in the life

You transport exceptional goods. These include excavators, aerial work platforms, mobile crane parts and project cargo.

You:

• Load and unload many of these goods yourself
• Ensure that the load is properly secured
• You provide your combination with the correct signaling (signs and/or ligthing) and check the permits
• Comply with all safety regulations and legal frameworks

Our clients are located in all parts of Europe. From Northern Scandinavia to Southern Europe and from Great-Brittain to Eastern Europe. Therefore you will visit many countries and get to know different cultures. Wherever you are, you guarantee safety and quality at all times and you follow the applicable legel frameworks.

• luxury DAF and Volvo trucks, equipped with stationary air conditioner, parking heater, refrigerator, inverter and all possible safety functions

New colleagues receive an intensive period of supervision through a mentor program so that you can develop yourself and master the profession. The first working day is all about getting acquainted. You will be introduced to colleagues and mentor, you will become familiarized with our corporate culture and you will receive an explanation of operational matters.

After that you will spend a few days together with our logistics department. Here you will learn how to safely load, unload and secure machines.

As soon as you have mastered those skills, you will hit the road with a colleague. After 2-3 days you will set off independently and the mentor will continue to guide you along the way. Your manager will regularly contact you by phone to check up on you. You are always able to ask questions. Better one question too many than one question too few.

You can also count on:

• Salary in accordance with pay scale E cao Professional Freight Transport € 2,743.72 - € 3,471.66 gross per month (excl. overtime, allowances and reinbursements)
• Paid leave in accordance with cao Professional Freight Transport
• A personal choice budget (extra leave or extra salary)
• Internal and external (code 95) courses will be provided by us (including payment of hours (also on saturdays))
• Registration at the Transport Pension Fund
• Collective insurance
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (max 100km one-way)
