Your role in our team

• Lead and develop a team of 10-25 employees
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, planning, and contracts
• Coordinate logistics activities as a duty manager
• Ensure timely order fulfillment for B2C and B2B customers
• Work with KPIs and contribute to accurate forecasting
• Promote safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Continuously develop your skills through our training programs

What we're looking for

• Completed MBO 4 education or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of logistics processes
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Flexibility to work 38 hours per week, including weekends
• Excellent command of English
• Valid EU passport and work permit
• Commitment to sustainability and Decathlon's values
