Do you want to play a key role in the quality of trailers used worldwide for special transport? We're looking for a Team Leader to take our Quality Department to the next level.

As Team Leader, you'll lead our team of quality inspectors. You set the direction, monitor progress, and make sure everyone knows what needs to be done. You easily switch between departments and know how to inspire others with your vision on quality. Thanks to your leadership, our trailers meet customer expectations and comply with all legal requirements.

What will you do?

• Coordinate quality checks at each production step and ensure clear reporting.
• Develop work instructions and optimize inspection forms based on quality data and process insights.
• Conduct spot checks and manage formats and product specifications.
• Handle internal complaints related to coating or assembly errors and initiate improvement actions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, including in German and English (e.g. about inspection results).
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and provide workplace instructions.

Who are you?

• You have a higher vocational (HBO) level of thinking and working, possibly supplemented with relevant training in quality management.
• You have proven knowledge of quality standards and know how to apply them in practice.
• You have experience leading a team and know how to motivate and guide people.
• You communicate clearly and convincingly.
• You're familiar with ERP systems (quality module), Office, and SharePoint.
