Job description

Are you technically skilled, detail-oriented and specialised in testing and wiring control cabinets? In this role, you will combine craftsmanship and leadership: delivering the best work while inspiring your colleagues and setting the technical course. As the technical conscience of the team, you will contribute to smart solutions that take our products to the next level worldwide.

YOUR CAREER What you will do

  • Be the technical point of contact for testing, checking and wiring electrical panels and control cabinets;

  • Guiding colleagues in complex tasks and sharing your knowledge and experience;

  • Identifying technical bottlenecks and proposing improvements for now and the future;

  • Independently testing and delivering standard and customer-specific systems with an eye for quality and safety.

Job requirements

YOUR TALENTS What you bring

  • MBO or HBO diploma in electronics or similar;

  • Extensive experience in wiring, testing and checking electrical panels;

  • Accurate, practical working style with a flexible and proactive attitude;

  • Enjoy sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and contributing ideas about technical developments;

  • Experience in leadership in the workplace is a bonus.
