What you are going to do:

From our international logistics center in Tilburg, we are responsible for deliveries to all 20 Dutch stores, e-commerce platforms and online orders for customers from the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, France, Germany & Ireland.

Our dedicated logistics team consists of 300 teammates (420 in high season) and we are looking for even more team players. Each different department works with its own processes such as order picking, packing or returns processing. You can work in an active department where you take more than 20,000 steps a day or in a department where you do stationary work.

In addition to your daily work, you continue to develop into roles such as 'captain' or 'trainer'. As a captain you provide daily guidance and as a trainer you train the team in certain processes, safety and development. We will see which one suits you! 

You stay motivated by your commitment to your own mission and daily goals, such as the number of orders picked.

This is what is required:

We are searching for candidates who already have some experience in logistics for the role of Logistics Employee. But this isn't a hard 'must'. Your enthusiasm and commitment are the most important! Every month you discuss your goals with your manager. That is good for your (professional) development so that you know where you are heading. Do you tick these boxes? There's a good chance it's a match. In addition:

• You were born for the world of sports, dare to be yourself and are proactive.
• You are flexible in working hours and available 32-38 hours per week (including one weekend day). You are available in 3 shifts: morning (7:30-15:30) and afternoon/evening (15:30-23:30) and night shift (23.00 - 07.30).
• You have an excellent command of the English language
• You are not only an ambassador of Decathlon, but also of our Planet. Together we make the world of sports a lot more sustainable. This means as well that you live within 30 minutes radius of our warehouse in Tilburg.

You need a valid visa/work permit to work for us and you need to be at least 18 years old
