Job description

As a Loading Process Supervisor, you ensure that everything that leaves the warehouse is correct - from the warehouse to the lorry. You maintain an overview, motivate your team and ensure that every shipment is delivered on time, complete and safely. In a dynamic environment, you provide calm, structure and a smile.

What you will do

• Independently managing the team with a focus on team motivation and a positive working atmosphere;

• Guiding and developing colleagues, including HR interviews and strengthening the corporate culture;

• Coordinating a smooth and safe loading process, setting priorities, identifying bottlenecks and coordinating with other foremen;

• Monitoring safety, order and compliance with rules in the workplace, with an eye for continuous improvement;

• Collaborating with other departments and flexibly stepping in to fill other foreman roles where necessary.
