As E-commerce Manager at MAE You will be responsible for increasing RPV through research and strategic A B testing. You will manage and optimize our website, ensuring it is fast, user-friendly and conversion oriented.

In addition to our own website, you will also be responsible for other sales channels such as Bol.com, MediaMarkt, Galeria and Kaufland.

We are looking for someone with proven e-commerce experience who takes ownership and wants to test and improve continuously. Experience with marketplaces is a plus, but not a must.

What to expect:

You will be working in a relatively small company with a team of four and with you a team of five. Everyone has their own expertise and role within the company, so we assume that you will not need any supervision and that you will be able to achieve the goals on your own.

Because we are a small team, your efforts will reflect in direct results. So you are not a number in a large organization but truly part of the brand!

In order to move faster, we all work at the Amsterdam office 5 days a week as standard and do not have fixed home working days.

Our goal is to grow significantly again this year and we have ambitious goals. We expect to be with a team of 8 by the end of the year.

Marketing Strategist

As a Marketing Strategist at MAE, you will be jointly responsible for devising and developing our marketing campaigns. You will bring structure, improve processes and know how to translate your marketing knowledge into more brand awareness for MAE.

This is you:

You have at least 3 years work experience in marketing , where you were part of a marketing team but are looking for a smaller company where there is a faster pace of change. A place where your ideas are taken seriously and where you use your experience to build MAE

You enjoy devising marketing campaigns and are responsible for overseeing and planning them. You also like to roll up your sleeves and perform tasks such as setting up e-mail campaigns, writing scripts and creating static ads. You work actively on the marketing calendar and are jointly responsible for both the content and execution of the campaigns, including organizing and coordinating larger ad shoots and events.

What to expect:

You will be working in a relatively small company with a team of 5, and with you joining, a team of 6. You will be our 2nd marketer, so you will work together on the campaigns. However, there will be a clear division based on your skills and learning goals.

Furthermore, everyone has their own expertise and works independently, but of course we work as a team; we therefore spar a lot among ourselves and we think with each other. Because of this, we also always work 5 days a week in the office so that we can switch faster.

Because we are a small team, your efforts will be immediately visible in results. You are not a number in a large organization, but an important part of the MAE brand.

At MAE, we like to think big and have ambitious plans. For example, we expect to have 8 people in the office by the end of the year, and our goal is to more than double again this year. of sales to be realized.

MAE is growing fast. So far our marketing focus has been on performance channels such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat,Google and influencer marketing. This is currently going very well, but our ambition extends beyond conversion.

We don't want to be only present online anymore but want to make the step to offline marketing. We want to invest in larger campaigns that will establish MAE as the number one brand in the Netherlands. For this we are looking for someone with experience and a clear vision. Someone who has already experienced this phase with another brand and would like to use this knowledge with MAE. You think strategically, help us professionalize and build the next phase of MAE together with us.
