Do you want to develop your leadership skills? As a Management Trainee at McDonald's, you'll learn how to lead and motivate a team, and ensure a top-notch experience for our guests. You'll be fully involved in the restaurant and learn how to oversee, schedule colleagues, and ensure everything runs smoothly - from kitchen to administrative.

At McDonald's, you'll follow a learning path where you work and grow. Through training, self-study, and guidance from experienced colleagues, you'll gradually develop towards the role of Shift Manager. There are also opportunities for advancement afterward. You'll work in an enthusiastic team where you can be yourself and where there's room for your ideas and ambitions.

What's on your menu?

You have at least a vocational (MBO) work and thinking level. Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus - but even without experience, we're happy to teach you the tricks of the trade.

As a Management Trainee, you'll be a coaching leader. You motivate your team positively, but you're also honest about what could be improved. You're adaptable, maintain a clear overview, and make confident decisions. You also lead by example and always see things from the perspective of our guests.
