L'Oréal's Professional Products Division (PPD) is seeking a creative and results-driven Product Brand Manager to ignite the presence of Kérastase and in the Benelux market. This role offers a unique blend of a Product Brand Manager role that integrates Brand Activation responsibilities as well.

This is a unique opportunity to take part of two incredible brands. Most of your focus will be on growing Kérastase , the pinnacle of luxury hair care where science meets craftsmanship, and a key growth driver for our division. Simultaneously, you will awaken , a "sleeping beauty" with untapped potential. You will join a dynamic and entrepreneurial team, where you'll be given the freedom to innovate, take initiative, and make real impact.

Your Mission

As our new Product Brand Manager, you are the architect of our brand's presence in the market. Your mission is to translate our brand and product launch strategies into powerful, engaging animations that drive excitement and sales. You will be the mastermind behind our promotional cycles, designing flawless campaigns for our key partners; from luxury hairdresser salons to perfumeries. You will ensure that wherever a customer interacts with our brands, the experience is memorable, and premium.

You will be the vital link between our brand strategy and our sales channels, collaborating closely with the Product Brand Manager, Activation Team and Sales teams to ensure perfect execution. In the team you will report to the Brand Business Leader of Kératase and .

What You'll Achieve

  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Cycle Preparation: You will own the activation calendar. You will prepare and orchestrate the commercial "cycles," ensuring that all teams have the tools, assets, and information they need to execute successful product launches and promotions.
  • In-Salon Activation Excellence: You will develop and implement best-in-class activations for our network of professional hairdressers. You will create trade marketing materials and promotional offers that support our salon partners, drive sell-out, and elevate the consumer experience in close collaboration with the Activation Team.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: You will be the central point of contact for all activation-related topics, collaborating daily with brand management, (field)sales, education, and finance to ensure alignment and flawless execution of your plans.
  • Performance & Market Analysis: You will monitor the performance of your activations, analyze results, and gather market insights to continuously improve our strategy. You will become an expert on what drives success in our different channels.
  • Merchandising & Planogram Perfection: You will own the brand's physical visualization in our selective channel. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the perfect planogram, deploying compelling visual merchandising, and ensuring all in-salon signage perfectly reflects our luxury brand image.

  • Language Skills: You are fluent in English, and in Dutch or French.
