What you will be doing

This internship offers a great mix of hands-on experience, coordination, and creative input. Under the guidance of the Assistant Room Service Manager, you will:

• Shadow and support the management team during daily operations
• Create and manage the team schedule for smooth service planning
• Take and process guest orders with attention to detail
• Contribute to cost control and waste reduction strategies
• Support and guide the team during service moments
• Assist in preparing internal trainings , such as upselling and LQA standards
• Brainstorm ideas for seasonal menu updates and improvements

You will collaborate closely with the kitchen, breakfast, butler and restaurant teams, a great opportunity to understand the full guest journey from behind the scenes.

• Internship allowance of €600 gross per month (based on 38 hours/week)

• You will build up 1 vacation day per month during your internship.

What you bring to the team

• You are enrolled in a (MBO or HBO) hospitality-related study
• You are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• You enjoy working with people and leading by example
• You speak fluent English, any additional language is a plus
• You are eager to learn and not afraid to take initiative
