As a Paintshop Coordinator , you are part of the Facility department, and report to the Manager Paint Facility & Logistics.

What will your challenges be?

• Lead the paint facility. In close co-operation with manager specify, discuss, negotiate and conclude framework agreements with third parties that provide paint facility services. Submit to superior for approval and after that manage contract execution.
• Plan and organise all paint facility services, including maintenance paint facility and installations. Work closely together with and cooperate with Area Management and Exterior Paint Managers and support/advise whenever and wherever necessary.
• Act and be first point of contact for subcontractors. Monitor quality and progress of work subcontracted to third parties. Inspect and pre-accept painted parts. Organise formal quality control and acceptance of painted parts in close cooperation with Exterior Paint Managers. In case of disapproval, take corrective measures and monitor follow-up.
• Provide input and/or assistance in the development of a Paint Facility Plan and budget, including required personnel capacity (of third parties) based on the offered parts of various projects, and required maintenance of paint facility and installations. Agree with superior accordingly.

What do we ask for?

• Fluent in English
• MBO degree or higher
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within an industrial environment
• Frosio and/or Nace certification highly preferred, or willing to acquire the certificates in reasonable timeframe
• You recognise yourself in the following competences: problem-solving ability, quality orientation, planning and organizing, flexibility
