You play a motivating and advisory role for your colleagues. You are social, a true team player, and not afraid to make decisions. Finally, you are responsible for maintaining the AMI formula in the salon, budgeting, hygiene, and health and safety policies, placing orders with suppliers, and hiring and guiding personnel.
