About the role

As a Digital Marketeer , you are responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that enhance Hotel Okura Amsterdam's online visibility, brand experience, and commercial performance. You will manage our digital channels, analyze data, and translate insights into concrete actions that drive engagement and revenue growth.

You will be part of the Marketing & Communications team, working closely with colleagues and external partners, and report directly to the Marketing & Communications Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the website, including content, structure, and functionality.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with external agencies.
• Create engaging digital content and promotional copy for campaigns, blogs, and offers.
• Maintain the digital content planning and commercial calendars.
• Monitor and analyze digital performance using GA4 and other tools to improve ROI.
• Support CRM strategy, segmentation, and automated email campaigns.
• Optimize SEO/SEA and enhance digital visibility across all channels.
• Identify new digital trends, tools, and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure a consistent online brand experience.
• Contribute to data-driven campaigns focused on brand awareness and performance.

What we ask from you

• Proven experience in SEO/SEA, GA4, CMS, and campaign management.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Analytical and results-oriented mindset with great attention to detail.
• Experience with tools such as Semrush, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email automation platforms.
• Creative thinking and strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
• Affinity with hospitality and a passion for digital marketing.
