In short

During your internship, you will be creating content for the social media channels of Sprints & Sneakers. Think of channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You know exactly how to strike the right tone for each channel and create content that resonates with the target audience and the moment. Additionally, you will manage our socials and come up with new, creative, and eye-catching ideas.

Naturally, you will do this based on data and work with smart tools. And AI? You will use it to create content that sticks.

About Sprints & Sneakers

We're a B‑Corp certified growth marketing agency based in Amsterdam and Groningen that helps mission‑driven brands achieve sustainable growth through data‑driven experiments, technology, AI and creativity. Our goal is to help companies grow that make a positive impact on the world.

Working in agile "sprints," our multidisciplinary team, from data wizards and growth marketers to AI experts, optimizes the full funnel from awareness to brand ambassadorship. Your impact within this role

During this internship, you will be guided by experienced social media and marketing professionals, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and take ownership of projects. This way, you can develop both your creative and analytical skills while contributing to engaging and innovative content for Sprints & Sneakers. You will do so for example in areas like:

• Content Creation: You will help craft posts, reels, stories, and other formats for channels like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, tailoring content to each platform and audience;

• AI-Driven Campaigns: Together with the team, you will explore AI tools to generate eye-catching content, optimize messaging, and create campaigns that resonate;

• Social Media Strategy & Management: You will assist in managing channels, analyzing performance data, and coming up with creative ideas that capture attention and drive engagement.

Job requirements

You, in a nutshell

• You are pursuing a Higher Professional Education (HBO) program or University degree in Marketing, Communication, or Creative Business or another relevant field;

• You are looking for a full-time internship of at least 3 months starting in January/February 2026;

• You possess excellent communication skills (in Dutch and English), perseverance, and a goal-oriented mindset;

• You demonstrate strong ownership and attention to detail;

• You have an ambitious, eager-to-learn, and creative personality with a hands-on mentality;

• You value making a positive impact.
