Are you technically trained, assertive, do you communicate easily at different levels and can you maintain an overview? Then you might be our future project manager.

As a project manager, you are the point of contact for our (international) customer, suppliers and your colleagues. You ensure that the customer's wishes are translated into the right technical solution. Of course, you don't do this alone. You bring the right people together to then achieve the desired result for our customer as a team. You ensure optimal communication throughout the entire project, set timelines, manage the planning and switch where necessary. In addition, you organize and facilitate meetings to discuss the project progress, both internally and on location at the customer. In short, you are responsible for the smooth running of the project (both technically and financially) and put a smile on the face of the customer and the team.

Your profile

Above all, you are a technology enthusiast!

• You have technical insight, which means you understand in broad terms how the machines/systems work. This ensures that you can spar with customers, suppliers and colleagues about issues and solutions;
• You have completed a higher professional education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or technical business administration;
• You are an organizational talent, work systematically and are result-oriented;
• You have empathy and can communicate and switch excellently at different levels, both in Dutch and English.
