Are you someone who likes to roll up their sleeves, likes varied work and enjoys working outside and in the greenhouse? Then we have a great place for you at Genson Quality Plants. We are looking for a General Employee for our locations in Helmond and Hegelsom.

About the job

As a General Employee you will help with all kinds of work on and around our cultivation sites. The work is varied and varies per season: one day you help with crop changes or preparing materials, the next day you are busy with spraying, harvesting or technical jobs. Sometimes you work independently, sometimes together with colleagues - but always with an eye for quality and safety.

What you will do.

- Perform agricultural work such as spraying (manual or machine) and crop rotations.

- Assist in preparing fields and greenhouses for cultivation.

- Set up and refill installations and raw materials.

- Participating in (mechanical) harvesting activities.

- Internal transport of materials with fork-lift truck, tractor or company car.

- Performing minor maintenance of means of transport.

- Assisting with technical or other ad hoc jobs.

What do you bring?

✔ MBO 2 working and thinking level.

✔ At least 2 years of experience in the agricultural sector.

✔ Driving license B and T (tractor).

✔ Forklift certificate (or willing to get one).

✔ You speak Dutch and can also communicate in English or Polish.

✔ Flexibility, technical insight and a real go-getter mentality.
