Your job as a CrewMember

With you as a catering employee behind the cash register, our guests are assured of a smooth service. As our new Service King or Queen, you ensure that every guest receives exactly the right order. Thanks to you, our guests are happy to come back. You also work in the kitchen. You don't just flip burgers, you make guests happy! You do this with products of the highest quality and exactly to the taste of our guests. The orders are pouring in, you don't turn a blind eye to it in the kitchen. Well, just to quickly grill that unique Flame-Grilled burger of course.

What do we have to offer you?

All that hard work must be rewarded! We don't make a fuss about that, that's why we offer you:

• Employment conditions and salary according to catering collective labor agreement; a salary between €7,24 and €13,02 gross per hour (incl. holiday pay), from the age of 21 €14,48 gross per hour;
• We agree together how many hours per week you can work;
• 25 vacantiedagen on a full-time basis and 8% holiday allowance that you receive per month;
• In addition to a 2-week training period, there are various training and education courses, for example crew trainer of management support.

Your day as an employee at one of our gas stations

As a sales employee, you help customers who are looking for something tasty to eat or drink after a long car journey. The shelves are well stocked thanks to your efforts and as a sales employee, payment is also one of your duties. So you will come into contact with customers a lot and enjoy making them smile. For example, you offer someone with a breakdown coffee while they wait for help.

Thanks to your efforts as a team, the gas station can continue to operate and many people can visit the gas station every day for a quick pit stop. Furthermore, during your working day you will ensure that both the shop and the outside area look clean at all times. You also make the tastiest coffee for the visitors of the gas station. Preparing fresh sandwiches and/or snacks is also part of your daily work.

• Terms and conditions of employment; en salary according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Laundry Companies and Service Stations; €2439,63 per month based on a full-time working week;

• Flexible hours , both part-time and full-time. Our shifts are from 06:00 AM to 13:30 PM and 13:30 PM to 21:00 PM. Your availability within these shifts is taken into account. In some cases, these shifts may differ at specific locations.
