We ensure that everything is properly arranged for our people. You can read more about this in our vacancies. Wiggers guarantees a number of working conditions.

• Your salary is in accordance with the collective agreement for the furniture industry
• A pension plan
• A travel allowance (and there is usually no traffic jam to our location in Winterswijk)
• 24 holidays and 12 scheduled days off per year
• A holiday twice a year. Three weeks of construction industry holiday in the summer and a two-week Christmas holiday in December/January. Time to recharge.
• Fun outings and activities all year round. In addition to the summer barbecue and Christmas drinks, our active staff association also organises plenty of moments together.

A full-time working week consists of 38.75 hours. In production, you work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:30. Office staff finishes a little earlier on Friday afternoon and starts the weekend at 15:15.
