Job description

Do you enjoy working with technology and people? As an Assistant Foreman, you will support the Foreman and the team; together, you will ensure that assembly and collaboration run smoothly. With your overview, commitment and practical attitude, you will contribute every day to a reliable and efficient production process and a good team atmosphere.

YOUR CAREER What you will do

• Helping to realise production planning and monitoring progress;

• Contribute to the division of tasks within the team and monitor quality and safety;

• Actively contribute to assembly work and minor malfunction solutions;

• Ensure a neat, safe working environment and stand in for the foreman in his absence.

Job requirements

YOUR TALENTS What you bring

• Technical background through education and/or practical experience;

• Strong communication and organisational skills;

• An eagerness to learn with an eye for quality and safety;

• Basic knowledge of the English language.
