Pace, teamwork and results: that's what energises you! As Parcel Logistics & Workshop Facilities Foreman, you ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Processing parcels quickly and correctly, and supplying the workshops with the right parts - together with your team, you know how to get things done!

YOUR CAREER What you will do

• Independently managing the team with a focus on team motivation and a positive working atmosphere;

• Guiding and developing colleagues, including HR interviews and strengthening the corporate culture;

• Coordinating logistics processes, setting priorities, identifying bottlenecks and liaising with other foremen;

• Monitoring safety, order and compliance with rules in the workplace, with an eye for continuous improvement;

• Collaborating with other departments and flexibly stepping in to fill other foreman roles where necessary.
