Eurail, an international travel organization headquartered in Utrecht, is seeking a driven Office Manager. This organization believes in the power of travel to connect people and make a positive impact on the world. To realize this within the office as well, they are looking for a temporary employee to ensure a professional, welcoming, and well-organized work environment. For this role, a good command of both Dutch and English is essential.

As an Office Manager at Eurail, you meet the following requirements:

• You are fluent in English and Dutch;
• You hold a BHV (Emergency Response Officer) certificate.

The office manager is responsible for the daily management of the office. This includes maintaining contact with suppliers, ordering office supplies, organizing internal events, and managing extensive travel arrangements for the Leadership Team. Additionally, you will welcome new colleagues and ensure they feel at home from day one. Identifying and resolving practical issues within the office environment is also part of this role.

The Office Manager will be based at our headquarters in Utrecht, in an international working environment with colleagues from over 50 countries. While we operate on a hybrid working model, this position requires office presence for at least four days a week. The Office Manager is part of the People & Culture team and reports to the Head of HR Operations
