What you will do
As a Financial Employee, you play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the company's financial processes. You will work closely with both local and international colleagues across various departments. Your main responsibilities include: Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Processing and checking incoming and outgoing invoices Monitoring payments, reconciliations, and bank transactions Supporting monthly and quarterly closings Preparing and analyzing internal financial reports Assisting with audits and financial controls Contributing to process improvements within the finance function
What you bring
You are accurate, proactive, and eager to take ownership of your work. You enjoy working in a structured yet dynamic international environment. You also have: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBO/HBO or higher) 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar finance or accounting role Strong knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Excellent command of English and French (Dutch is a plus) A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills A solution-focused and hands-on attitude
