About this vacancy

Are you ready for the next step in your career in the notarial profession? We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Notarial Real Estate Assistant who can handle cases independently and who thrives on client contact. In this role, you will handle real estate cases from start to finish and serve as an important point of contact for clients and partners.

You will be working in a modern and accessible notary office with branches in Waalwijk and Den Bosch, with Waalwijk as your base. The working atmosphere is open and informal, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and personal contact. The team is collegial and committed, and collaboration is key.

Your role

• Independently handling real estate files from start to finish
• Maintaining contact with clients, authorities, and other parties involved
• Drafting deeds in the CDR and preparing them for submission to the Land Registry
• Drawing up deeds of transfer and ensuring that your files are completed and processed correctly

• A part-time position (32 hours) with a focus on work-life balance

Your qualities

• Demonstrable work experience, preferably within the notarial profession
• You are organized and accurate, with an eye for detail
• Maintaining an overview, even during busy periods
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
• Affinity with ICT; experience with Nobilex is an advantage
