Online Brand Manager - Kérastase & (Benelux)
Step into the world of Luxury Haircare
Are you passionate about the digital world and luxury beauty? Do you have the strategic mindset to drive iconic brands forward in the online universe? L'Oréal's Professional Products Division (PPD) is looking for an entrepreneurial and digitally savvy Online Brand Manager to champion the online presence of Kérastase and in the Benelux market.
This is a unique opportunity to take part of two incredible brands. Most of your focus will be on growing Kérastase , the pinnacle of luxury hair care where science meets craftsmanship, and a key growth driver for our division. Simultaneously, you will awaken , a "sleeping beauty" with untapped potential. You will join a dynamic and entrepreneurial team, where you'll be given the freedom to innovate, take initiative, and make real impact.
Your mission
As our new Online Brand Manager, you will be the master of the online journey. Your mission is to translate our brand strategies into a seamless and compelling digital reality. You will leverage (digital) media to build brand awareness and drive conversion . You will own the consumer experience across all e-retailer and hairdresser websites, ensuring flawless execution that upholds our luxury image and achieves our commercial goals.
You will be reporting to the BBL of Kérastase and . And in this role you will be a central figure, collaborating closely with the Marketing team, E-commerce, Digital, and our media agency partners to build a robust and engaging online ecosystem for our brands.
What you'll achieve
- Digital Media Strategy & Execution: You will own the media strategy for your brands. You will be responsible for briefing our media agency , defining campaign objectives, and steering the execution of campaigns designed to create both brand awareness (reach) and online conversion . You'll ensure all media activities are synergistic with the overall brand and e-commerce plans.
- E-commerce Excellence: In collaboration with E-commerce Key Account Managers and Product Brand Manager, you will forecast online product demand. You'll will closely work with your e-commerce team counterparts and craft a online activation plan for all e-retailers and marketplaces, ensuring perfect synergy with offline activities and new product launches.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): You will design and execute the CRM strategy for both brands, focusing on data collection, customer retention, and fostering a loyal community of brand lovers.
- Online Merchandising & Activation: You will own the digital shelf. This includes perfecting e-retail merchandising, activating online sampling campaigns, managing ratings and reviews, and gathering crucial shopper insights to optimize the customer journey.
- Business Planning & Performance: You will create and maintain a powerful e-business plan, defining the promotional calendar, product exclusivities, and cross-selling strategies. You will track the performance of your media and e-commerce initiatives, reporting on performance to ensure sustainable growth.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: You will be the key provider of digital assets and insights for our online retail partners, ensuring our brands are always represented with excellence and consistency.

- A Strategic Mindset: You have a strong understanding of the digital landscape, perhaps gained through 3-5 years in roles related to digital marketing, brand management, e-commerce, or a comparable field. You can see the big picture and connect brand strategy to online execution.
- A Love for Media: You understand the fundamentals of how digital media drives business results. Experience briefing agencies or managing campaigns is a major plus, but a strong interest for using media to build awareness and drive sales is what truly matters.
- Exceptional Collaborative Skills: You excel at working with diverse teams and partners. You know how to build relationships, communicate your vision clearly, and influence outcomes to achieve shared goals.
- An Analytical and Pragmatic Approach : You are comfortable with data and can use it to make informed decisions. Just as importantly, you know when to be pragmatic and act decisively to move projects forward in a dynamic environment.
- Innate Curiosity and a Drive to Innovate : You are naturally curious about digital trends and consumer behavior. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo, test new ideas, and find creative solutions to problems.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English, and also in Dutch or French
