Hydraulic Press Operator/Setter

Looking for a stable day-shift role in a modern production environment? Our client in Hapert is expanding their team and seeking a skilled hydraulic press operator to work with advanced automated lines and contribute to high-quality automotive manufacturing.

Hapert, The Netherlands

Full-time; Day shift

Up to €750,- per week

You will join a moder, fully automated production plant that produces high-quality metal parts for the automotive industry. The facility is equipped with advanced hydraulic presses and high-tech production lines, offering clean, well-organized and safe working environment.

What you'll do

• Operate and set up fully automated hydraulic presses used in large-scale production of automotive components.
• Introduce adjustments and monitor the production process to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform quality checks and verify compliance with technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with production and technical teams.
• Follow health and safety regulations.

Who are we looking for

• You have experience operating and setting up hydraulic presses.
• You enjoy solving problems and improving production processes.
• You pay close attention to quality and technical details.
• You can work independently as well as in a team.
• You have communicative level of English (enough to read technical instructions and communicate with colleagues).
